Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or delayed orders. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
